Q. I did not receive my download link, what do I do?
A. You can login to your account using the user name and password that you created when you placed your order and go to your Order History. This link is located on the right side menu named Your Cart. Once there you can search for and view all of your invoices and download links. Or, you can send us an email and we will be more than happy to email you another copy of your invoice. Please also check your spam folder and add our email address to your contacts (sales@psp-lounge.com) to avoid our emails from being filtered by your spam software.

Q. Can I Use Google Checkout?
